初識「本質」二字
心頭一顫
這是什麼？好有力量

好安心

從萬有的一個源頭
化分為萬千的獨有
我的本質是其中的獨一
無始也無終
不增也不減
恆在著

僅僅是知道
就帶來了平靜

終極的合一
是至高的祝福
也是最深的孤獨

說到底
我們終究是孤獨本身——「一」

孤獨也是種祝福吧？

The first time I encountered the word essence,
my heart trembled.
What is this? — it feels so powerful,

so peaceful.

From the one source of all that exist flows the countless expressions of the unique.
My essence is one of these —
without beginning, without end,
neither increasing nor diminishing,
ever present.

Simply knowing this
brings peace.

The ultimate unity
is the highest blessing,
and also the deepest solitude.

Ultimately,
we are solitude itself — the One.
